This was either an effort to make sure no one from band class gets beat up up by the jocks or just probably one of the coolest band teachers ever. What would have been even cooler if they had included the part "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me". Regardless at least one flutist seems to reeeally enjoy this part of the set.

Looks like they must be a college marching band from what i notice. First of all their playing level, second the way they're moving around while playing--usually that's encouraged in marching bands bc of all the visuals they tend to put into their show.
Perhaps one of the big southern university bands you always see and hear about. Awesome clip
