Happy 65th Birthday, Lemmy

Photobucket

65 Years ago today Lemmy Kilmister and his moles were born and 30 years later would stare up at his mic and help change the heavy rock scene with Songs like Ace of Spades and Stone Dead Forever. With the documentary on his life coming out next year and touring for the current album "The World is Ours" Lemmy is still going strong. Here is to many more years of whiskey swilling and hell raising music from Mr. Kilmister.

Let's not forget the great music Lemmy made before he was in Motorhead. Hawkwind's Hall of the Mountain Grill is a fantastic piece of 70's drug rock, and the vocals he contributes on "Lost Johnny" are unfuckingbelievable.
