Poll Results: No One Cares About the Big Four News

Well I shouldn't say no one. 21 people responded but it was an overwhelming 11 of those people that chose Who gives a fuck as their answer. So I guess my aggravation and annoyance was unjustified. Though I still stand by what I said. Don't build up something to be something it's not. And then have the nerve to act like you don't think there was going to be a demand anyway.A full Big Four reunion would be huge here in the States and everyone with half a brain would agree. Even the shit talkers that say they don't care know this would be huge.

Devil's Verdict: Aerosmith needs a Rest Home

It was a close one between Kiss and Aerosmith but the votes are in and it appears that Aerosmith needs to take their lace wrapped microphones and go home. And it's understandable. With Steven Tyler's inability to stay onstage without falling off, disappearing for extended periods of time and now reportedly joining American Idol, Aerosmith just can't function as a band anymore. Not that their music was any good since the 70's anyway but not having Steven Tyler up front and you're just asking for major letdowns down the road.

Devil's Poll: Who should pack it in and call it a day?

So which of these ancient artists should really just stop and collect royalty checks and just retire? I mean all of them generate good tour attendance and rake in the cash when they do tour but are any of them releasing any relevant new music to go with that awesome tour revenue? Does it matter? Devil's Poll Verdict: Disturbed is Overrated

It was a close one between Slayer and Disturbed but it appears the readers have spoken and Disturbed is the most over rated band out of the bunch. This is probably due to the fact that for three albums now Disturbed has churned out the same melodic hooks and generic riffs and seem to somehow sell a million records. All the while people on Facebook and Youtube are calling them the greatest band ever.

I guess it just shows that there are factions of people that are fine with the same old same old and have no desire to search out more interesting and intricate bands.And that the voters are tired of Draiman's lip spikes.

I'm going to try and each week post a poll question asking if something is overrated or under rated. It will probably pertain to either bands making the news or trends that have made the news. So go ahead and vote away and hopefully this will be a way to get some more interaction from people. At the end of the week depending on the results maybe I'll do a post discussing the why's and why nots.
