25th Anniversary of Phil Lynott's Death is Today

I've never been a fan of Thin Lizzy but I recognize alot of people are and today commemorates the 25th anniversary of lead singer and bassist Phil Lynott's death from heart failure and pneumonia brought on by a kidney and liver infection due to excessive drug and alcohol abuse. Thin Lizzy had already disbanded by then due to other band members other drug issues. So while a celebration of music and life and a moment of silence is being held, keep in mind that some of these guys had demons that ultimately destroyed them and affected generations of people.Make the music and be loved but live to continue on doing so.
