Anybody remember Symphony X? They last released an album in 2007 called Paradise Lost and toured forever on it because they finally found some real success. Even being called the next Dream Theater at some point. Well expect an album this year and it will be called 'Iconoclast'. They are embarking on a tour this spring with Soilwork and Nevermore. No word on who is headlining but it better not be these guys. Paradise Lost is the only album I've ever liked by them and it will be interesting to see if this new one is a continuation of that or back to the cheesy power metal crap from the previous albums. More on this as we get it.

I hope so too. Paradise Lost was one of their only albums that actually has great SONGS on it, as opposed to just random swatches of music chucked together.
